Dawn Monroe is a certified Microsoft Office Specialist Master (MOSM), Microsoft Certified Educator (MCE), Modern Classroom Certified Trainer (MCCT), Certified Virtual Educator (CVE) and Certified Virtual Presenter (CVP). She has a background of nearly 30 years in the technical training industry. Dawn was a long-time trainer with ExecuTrain and a former adjunct at Butler Community College. In 2017, Dawn opened her own business, Dawn Monroe Training. She offers corporate and individual training, as well as public webinars and workshops, conference breakouts and community presentations. She focuses on helping business professionals bridge skill gaps and on increasing productivity and efficiency with software applications. Dawn is the proud Mom of three young adult children.
